The Art of Professional Portraiture takes into consideration both style and technique. Style being illustrative, storytelling, casual or formal and technique referring to a conscious decision to affect the essential elements within an image such as optimizing/balancing light conditions, arranging visually interesting composition, achieving cohesive grouping, and lastly applying dramatic and effective posing for flattering results. It is important to me for each image to be honest and believable as well as technically correct.

My background education is a conglomeration of reading and learning from professional circuit educators that include Monte Zucker, David Bentley, Robert Provencher, James Hodges, Don MacGregor, Susan Tunnicliffe, Michael Ayers, Larry Peters, Josef and Louise Simone, Michael Redford, Doug Box, Beth Forester, Bruce Hudson and Sandy Puc'.  Some of whom have been honored for their contributions and achievements with United Nations recognition of award and all of whom are successful professionals dedicated to the evolution of the Art of Portrait Photography.

I am a proud member of the New York State Professional Photographer’s Society where we uphold a high standard of ethics, quality and commitment. We are educated regularly and continually by our division peers.

I am a full time professional photographer with a 2 story studio dedicated to my business. I have been in business since 1999 and with the grace of God, I will continue to satisfy myself, my family and my clients thru the Art of Photography.
